Information Collection, Use, and Sharing
• Your Information will only be used to complete your Analysis
If we complete a Loan Application Package for you, your information will only be shared with the Intermediary and Rural Development for the 502 Direct Home Loan. The Intermediary performs Quality Reviews on the Loan Package. Rural Development approves/denies the loan.

Privacy
• Your information will only be discussed with the Intermediary, Rural Development (The Agency) or in some instances members of the CURES for Chester Loan Packaging Team.
• You may submit a signed document if you wish us to discuss it with anyone else.

Security
• We take precautions to protect your information. All hardcopies of your documents submitted will be kept in a locked file.
• All electronic copies are accessible by the employees of Best Path Solutions, and in the packaging stage, CURES for Chester Loan Packagers.

 

Your Access to and Control Over Information
You may opt out of any future contacts from us at any time. You can do the following at any time by contacting us via the email address or phone.

• Change/correct any data
• Have us delete any data
• Have your documents returned to you if they have not been shredded
